i sure hope they change things
fencer is supposed to be a hit and run prof--- according to the cu
however we have a dot that bleeds for nothing----
and we loose all of our defenses --- fortunatley everyone seems to have lost all of their offense as well

ps please let me know if you have some insight on the bleeds --- for instance if they are changing

I think the problem here is that nothing is DONE and alot of things are still being tweaked. Bleeds should be a bit more potent than they currently are, but again, Just remember nothing is set in stone and they could remove the DOTs completely or make them something to be scared of. Nobody knows except the developement team.
