Fencer Archive

Any idea why this the fencer's cert? I don't really see how it applies to the idea of a "fencer", maybe a "riot control" proffesion though. Also, why is the damage and speed comparable to the lvl II brawler one-handed cert the vibroblade? Except of course no AP and twice the HAM costs. The stun dmg IS nice, but the damage itself isn't. Have the devs ever really addressed this?

I'll let you in on a secret. Foils and Epes don't really belong in Star Wars. I wouldn't complain, stun batons are less rediculous than knives and ryyk blades. I think in reality we would do better by throwing our swords than actually swinging them =)

What we need are light sabers. I think all Master Fencers should be made Jedi Padawans. We have proven our faithfullness to the melee art, and to suffering. Seems good enough to me =)

I have no problems with the stun baton as a baton, I actualy think it's cool. It's just the stats that bother me.

You said ryyk blades and swords dont belong in star wars. Then why in the books do so many people use them.

He said foils and eps, not rykk blades and swords. Foils and eps being a true to life fencer's weapons.

It looks like a lightsaber almost, thats why i run around with it on saying im a jedi

Actualy, spraysticks look alot like un-drawn light sabres. When I first saw one I was like "OMG JEDI CHEF"
