This has just been confirmed by a few players Testing on the TC's before they went down.
Creature levels have been balanced and you can solo up to +3 of your own Combat Difficulty.
Maximum Creature levels will be 80.
Krayt Dragons reported at Level 78. If you'd like to know more, refer to the patch notes in my compiled guide 2 threads down.

Though I better not tell my guild mates at first... No reason to make them find out they must not group to be successful.
