The +25 cap is still in effect. it will say you have more then + 25 but thats all that will apply. if you have FS weapon spd that doesn't apply to the cap becuase that goes to the skill not on top of the skill. The Acc test showed dmg numbers ranging from 3-7 depending on the special you used and weapon. interestingly enoughTKA got from 15-25 pointdmg bonus from +20 to acc. Test were conducted with my TKA/Fencer/Brawler
