I'm currently a Fencer and working on Commando, two classes that are absolutely horrendous in PvP combat. I wont ever change my character because its what I want to play, one day maybe not soon but one day everything will be settled down and professions will be balanced. When that day happens I will be an unstoppable wrecking machine.

Im going to stick with fencer too. I disliked it when people were walking around with 3 rancors and master BH thinkin they rock with their cookiecutter builds, only to whine like the worst when CH gets balanced (nerfed as some would say). Why fight the developers, whining that your uber char got nerfed when you know that they only do what they think is best, what they think will help gameplay and make the game more fun?

Why is fencing horrible in pvp? I was planning to make a fencer but...?

I plan on sticking with fencer, but then again I am a master dancer as well. You know I could not have a lick of sense.

I agree with original post, you have to roll with the nerfs there is no getting round them.

Heh... and lastnight I just dropped MasterCommando.

I'm sorry but Ive been atleast Novice Commando since July 15th and nearing 2 months without any durastic damage changes to make it even a viable class isnt my thing.

*Raises glass and toasts* I agree. I want to become a master fencer. I have always loved swords and actually want to take fencing classes in real life.

Heh, I'm a tool. The strategy guide has a picture of a fencer with a light saber. Then has the quote about the light saber above it. "A more elegant weapon for a more elegant age" or whatever. Anyway yea, I picked up fencing because I'm already a master smuggler, and well, a master smuggler is a slick, suave..........thug. I needed the other side of that.

i saw that pic from the guide too i was hoping that weapon was similar to a lightsaber that fencers use, crap was i wrong lol

all melee vs ranged is not good for pvp combat, melee vs melee we have the upper hand
