just recently hit novice fencer (hip hip hooray!) and was wondering i bought a stun baton and i love how it does stun dmg and such but i was wondering if it had some sort of secondary effect like it would actually stun the opponent u were fighting that's broken or something or u need to add a powerup of some sort to it and thx for ur help in advance

There is no extra effect like that on any weapon. (well, except for those that have a blast radius)
