Does an increased wound percentage on a weapon increase your chance at being successful with a bleed type hit?

Although i have not specifically tested it, i dont believe wound % has anything to do with bleed. However, if you ever watch your bleed damage, you'll notice that the amount the bleed hits for each time is the same as your initial hit. So, if your Shiim hits for 120, every time the bleed hits, it will hit for 120. If you hit for more or less, it will always bleed for the same amount as your initial hit. One thing i havent tested yet is whether doing a 2nd bleed hit will overwrite the first, so if you hit for 70 with your initial shiim, and you do it again and hit for 200, will the next bleed be for 70 or 200? Would be helpful to know whether trying to get more bleed damage is possible or a waste of HAM.

not in my experience.... I had 3 swords with wound % of 40-43% i think maybe one time i got a bleed off of it. I do add up the black bars though

arrgh... not even with specials like one-hand-health hit? : (

well if you use that they deff will bleed but its like maybe 250 damage every so many seconds, but no "extra bleeding" if you do not use it. at least for me.
