I want a a very good pair of Ack Batons. I have one at present which is fairly poor.
What stats should i be lookin for as a standard of a decent baton and how much should i be looking to pay?

Well in the bones the standard for them is 65/65. Those are the lowest bones found to date. Price wise that is something you will have to go to your server forum and ask as the price varies with the server.

yeah but i need to know what stats r good. ive been told 100/100.

actually the lowest ive seen is on corbantis, i saw one selling that had min 0 max 0.... i guess its bugged or somethin
