Thread: Jedi vs fencers

ok i mastered fencer like 2 weeks ago and well just for **edit**s and giggles i've killed everything in site for the last couple weeks
including 2 jedis one Jedi Knight and one padawan. am i the only person in here thinking that either they are underpowered or were well insane???

depends on a lot of things, like : were both you and your oponent both buffed, both wearing high resist armor, using food, etc...
And most importantly, the quality of your weapons.
Fighting a robe wearing MTK with a stun baton with a 200 or 300 max damage is a whole diffrent from fighting using a "regular" stun baton, facing an oponent using 30% (or more) layered stun armor.
Sadly, at the moment pvp for fencers is reduced to using some good damage acklay stun baton, and/or fighting people that don't have stun layered composite.
And most importantly, the quality of your weapons.

we were both buffed both using food both fighting our own little battles on dathomir in the rancor vally or valley of the sarlaac what ever ya want to call it. personally i would never fight anyone unbuffed but i dont ever leave the house unbuffed gotta love alts. my baton atm was well crappy max damage 131. and yeah we were both wearing composite although i doubt either of us were wearing any stun layers.

its just cause i have kin armor and their stun armor cant stand up to a stn baton, once the jedi revamp comes out no one wil be safe, everyhing will be vuln to lightsaber dmg(thst waht it is called) including krayts, axkva min and the acklay along with most other npcs

indeed, just w8 till next publish and they go trough all the armor..
we will be screwed

this is obviously a person trying to get fencer nerfed.

So what I've killed a fencer in one hit. It all depends who your fighting and whether they are fully prepared.
For the record he was a 0403 fencer wearing ubese and we were dueling so he couldclone outof the geno cave. 1 blow to the head with a power hammer and that was it.
Its about time people stop boasting on these boards, its getting boring.

Fencers are powerful and a padawan isn't much compared to a master fencer. A 4/4/4/4 guardian would be a closer fight, but odds are a fencer woudl win if properly prepared. After pub 9 that will all change

After the new jedi lightsaber damage Jedis will be l33t and PAWN, so we should not get our hopes up

bah you worry too much about people trying to get professions "nerfed" combat pass will be here soon enough and will warp the game indefinately
