Hello,
i just started my new fencer life, im close to novice now but hmmm i probably need some tips on mobs/planets/weapons since i keep dying and dying and dying because i cant have my pet aggro like i did when i was a carbineer :/
i tryed to look at the faq but 80% of the link bring me to the main page -.-

only the links with the * at the front are finished... so only click those. then look at the posts on the front page this has come up sooo many times you can find your answer very quickly

As of right now, trying to make the pet keep aggro, just ensure you are farther away than your pet it. Start attacking before you get within range and creep up.

Want to cry, I had to give up master fencer last night. since patch we kick so much booty. Darn the luck, at least making fencer is way faster than prepatch,I betI could do it in 1 month as compared to 3 last time

Depending on what weapon you're using, you can stand about 5-6 meters away and still hit. This takes you out of the mobs melee range, and your pet will hold aggro a lot better...

Ditto Tsiya's comment, will only clarify my findings:
Spamming specials I can be as far away as 8m. Reg wack and slash, 5-6m.

Depending on what weapon you're using, you can stand about 5-6 meters away and still hit. This takes you out of the mobs melee range, and your pet will hold aggro a lot better...

Soo i was on a roll in kessle, when my computer figured "Hey i should restart msyelf with no aparent reason".. Frustrated.. think i only had 14 ships left this time, well atleast i didnt die this time

Sry to hear that.... so far space is my most stable location.... minus the lag in dath right near the teir 5 spawn with the dead black spot

well i guess ive been overdoing it with my comp, treating it like a linux box with that i mean running 24/7, mebbe i should let it rest a while and recover tomorrow

lol I've been know to do that to mine but my AMD is very reliable. That and my wife complains about the jet in the bedroom at night.

Thanks will look into this and yes multiple jets get me in trouble not just being complained too.
