With the armor part is ubese with the less HAM depletion but less protection work better or composite armmor where i can take blows all day but my HAM bar takes one big time and slows me down. Please give me some advice on the armor.
On weapons right now im using a gradaphi baton think i spelt that wrong but is that the best weapon or are opthers like the swordsryke swords and stun batons. Or are there different weapons for different occasions like i heard stun batons are best for PVP.
Master Fencers please give me your experienced knowledge.

It depends a lot on what you are fighting.
If your target only do kinetic damage an ubese is very good (good enough for me to hunt juv and canyon krayts in). But if you are fighting mobs that do other types of damage (energy/acid/etc) like NPC's or savage quankers composite is more or less required.
For weapons it depends a bit on how high you have come in the fencer tree but I would recommend that you always have 3 weapons in your toolbar for quick access. First a Gaderffi stick, allround weapon, normaly highest damage of any fencer weapons. Second a Vibroblade, ap1 so if you are fighting stuff in light armor or higher use this one (you would need a gaffi stick with double the damage of the vibroblade to do the same damage with it). And last a stun baton, use this against targets with high kinetic but low or no stun protection.
Always examine the target before attacking so you know which weapon you should use. Either target the mob and type /ex or even better bind a hotkey to it.

High Damage Baton and Gaffi
4 Pieces of Armor (Use Composite as it doesn't limit you to a certain type of mob)
Helm
Chest
Gloves
Boots -OR- Pants.
Those are the only required pieces...

It all depends on what you're fighting, from my experience. The higher the mob, the better the armor and weapon you should use, but it all depends on your playstyle. Play around with different armor types and weapons to see what work best for you.
