number1: with master brawler ??.... not sure but with master fencer you will be speed capped on any onehanded weapong with a speed of 4.6 or less.
number 2: CoB lasts 36 seconds with master brawler (Zabrak)
Number 3: depends on the Gaffi .... and the stats on it.

- Most Brawler weapons are slower than 4.0 (Brawler is a Generic Melee, Therefore has not speed, It has Speed for all 4 Trees)
- Master Brawler Efficacy is a 35 Second Interval
- Decent Gaffi = 300-400 Max Damage
- Pikatta Pie or Air Cake

keep in mind Pikata Pie and Aircake ARE NOT the same dodge that fencer gives, they are 2 different roles
