What skills should I get, in what order, to be a good PvE fencer as soon as possible (I don't play PvP much)?

Master doctor and then max out all your mind stats or you can just get enough to buff yourself and go for master brawler.

tons it really is up to personal preference. I like to stack on master brawler for the exta abilties it gives you myself . If you are not concerned about seld buffs you dont need anything more than novice medic because you can use some good base stim b's with just novice and they is always a doc buffing for like 8k on my server which i can earn back in one mission

Need buffs.
Unbuffed you wont be anywhere near as effective, especially with the gaffi being as high in health cost as it is.
if I were you, I would do something like this.
Mstr fencer
1h tree in brawler
Mstr medic
0-4-4-0 Doc
4-0-0-0 Scout
Thats an estimate, if your going for heavy PvE I would do something similar to the spec I named.
I am not sure if that actually is under 250points or not, if it is, I would put the extra points in Hunting (scout tree, more meat/hide)
With a spec similar to that (I did not have the 4 exploration, I had 3) Iwas able to buff myself, and go solo about anything within reason. Highest I ever did was force crystal hunters (26k force mobs)
Nightsisters were absoltuly no problem, and nether were Enraged Rancors (Or the entire lair, for that matter.)

My template works great for me in PvE. If I have buffs, it's a bonus and I can do things much faster solo. If not, I need to heal in between fights. However, with this template I can solo Enraged Rancors, buffed or not, with just kinetic ubese armor. I need mind foods and drinks, and possibly either a Muon (mind emergency) or a Pixie (health emergency). I most assuredly use the TKA Powerboost.
With this template I can also take on any Nighsister (except Elder, of course) singly, and it'sonly aclose fight with the Sentinels and Protectors (maybe 3:1 victory chance).
I think it's a big combo between being able to heal myself, buff myself, and do status effects, along with the larger TKA damage potential.

If you mean what classes go well with fencer then I can't recommend doctor enough, you can heal yourself for 2k damage, buff yourself whenever you like and are immune to anything a cm can throw at you as it's healed before it's even ticked on you. But if you mean what route should you take up the fencer trees, I did speed followed by the dodge tree - maybe others can give you better tips for progression but this route served me well.

You can go with the pack and choose master doc. But there is one other class that really compliments a fencer for PvE and that is Creature Handler. Here is my template:
Master CH
Master Fencer
TKA 0-0-0-4 (extra defenses)
Medic 0-1-0-0
I dont really know what all this template is capable of since I havent pushed it much, but the other day I solo'd the nyax cult and lord nyax himself. Lord Nyax is a pretty tough cookie (66k ham, 80% resist, hits hard).
