I believe bleeding can be cured by a medic with First Aid 2.

That's correct. Medics with First Aid II can begin to heal your bleeding, but they suck at it. A medic with First Aid IV is around twice as better as a Medic with First Aid II at curing your bleeding. Remember, however, almost, if notall, bleeding attacks will also inflict pretty severe wounds to a secondary stat, so you may or may not have to get that cured as well after the fight.

Personally, all my clothign is bio-engineered. I don't wear any armor.

My pants are +12 combat bleeding defense.

Beware though, much of the bio'd stuff is bugged right now and not adding to your skill mods properly.

I tried a meatlump whatever and she basically tore my hide off and handed it to me, she con'ed tough and IC'd me in 40 secs. She hit me with a bleed wound and eventually I bled to death. Do I just sit there and use stim packs until bleed goes away or must I search out a doctor?

P.S. if there are any melee in search of extra group members on Ahazi give Kazik a yell, I havn't grouped yet and would like too.

I completely forgot about the bio-eng clothing. Do you suppose you could have bio-eng clothing and socketing clothing on the same piece of apparel?

So if your bled you'll bleed until a medit heals you or you bleed to death? Did I get this right?

Bleeds eventually wind down. Each tick of the bleed and each application of first aid reduces the bleed's potency until it's either fully cured or heals up on its own.

If you sit down and just wait for it to stop, you should be alright, but ti depends on what/how hard you got hit with it. I got hit by a Kik. queen so I figured Id go sit down and eventually everything would be fine... but the hit was for 700, and I bled about 620 or so each time...

Pick up Teras Kasi Novice.

Meditate is very effective against bleeds.

If you get hit with a Mind bleed, a medic with first aid - even two, perhaps, won't help you. I know I've been incapped more than once with a single mind bleed. Once was with my Medic with First Aid, and another medic with first aid. I was incapacitated well before bleeding stopped.

Note that medics can stop mind bleeding (although they can't restore the damage).

A swordsman friend tested his new scalp slam attack on me before pvp damage was nerfed. It did about 520 mind damage... EACH ROUND.

Needless to say I was inacpped pretty quick.
