So how well do either work?

When pvping unarmeds they just keep spamming knock down and my defese doesnt seem to work (even against low level unarmeds)

Do we have a knock-down I can spam? Ive looked but I dont see any.

Also why cant I run when a dang critter is chasing me. My character goes into stupid mode - stands there and 10 secs later decides to run.
