I just bought this off a vendor today. I think it might be from RotW but I'm not sure. I don't have the expansion, but I do hope I can use this weapon anyway when I turn 40 (well I'm 39 right now so I'll know quite soon).

I think this is a WS quest from inside the mydril caversn or what ever it is called, requires alooted crystal i believe.
