I was wondering if Scatter Hit still hits 3 pools in PVP.

I notice that in PVE, it only hits the health bar.

Has anyone tested this out?

Is it worthing having in the tool Bar?

You can only damage the Health pool now with the CU, so Scatter doesn't hit 3 pools anymore. I would like to see if it can get changed into a low-mid level damage Area Attack.

Yeah I know, I also want to get the power of the Bleed boosted as well.

Yeah I know, I also want to get the power of the Bleed boosted as well.

PLEASE get our Bleed Attack boosted! At times, it seems not to work at all.
