Thread: armor break vs crit strike
i would drop master brawler and get them both.

master brawler doesn't offer anything particularily useful. crit strike and armor break are much more useful than meleeassault + parry. you will also get some speed /defense mods from the sword trees, so you shouldn't lose out too much there.

They are both really good, as a swordsman I wouldn't want to be without either
Critical hit is x1.8 damage, x2.25 if it crits
On a level 82 rancor, the higher Armor break let me hit it for ~36% more damage.. it sticks very easily,lasts for 30 seconds, and everything you throw at it during this time does more damage. I rate it just behind CoB in importance to use in a fight
I wonder how strong a bleed you could put on stuff if you Armor break, KD, then bleed it?
also> currently armor break is bugged - the break percentages are reversed in that the 'regular' armor break takes down more defense than improved or advanced armor break.
so really, until that's fixed, just get critical strike and use the brawler armor break.
