on the meele arm it can proc lighting to mobs does this only work unarmed or can it work with a one handed wepon in hand i know i can use th /cyborglightning with a fencer wep but so far its only singed a few gubbers

I can't answer your question, but I would like to know where you went to get that arm.

At the end of the Myyydril caves on Kasyyyk there is a quest to fight the Grievous Clone NK 4, when you loot him you get the Grievous ship deed, the Electric Melee arm, a pretty decent random Weapon and randomly he drops the Bane's Heart Jedi color crystal.

To awnser the first posters question, When I tested this on TC during beta the /cyborgshock (sorry I forgot the exact command) was very very weak. I did loot this on live and with my Jedi I can't use the move while holding a lightsaber so it is still buggy.
