A few days ago I was at Fort Tusken, working on unarmed. Not being the best unarmed, I had to 'cheat' occasionally and kill some tuskens with my gaffi. This was after getting master. Somebody (I'm not that good with names, sorry ) started yelling at me for just ''going around killing all the 'tuskans', kill stealing and xp stealing, why do i need to be here anyway, i'm a master'' etc etc, and i was called a few things I won't repeat.

Has anybody else gotten yelled at like that, or did they just see a little Bothan with a title that had the word 'master' in it, and started yelling? I wasn't stealing anybody's XP, I tend to solo at fort tusken, unless the Elite spawns have spawned. I spend most of my time at the Fort, because it's fun, and I'll go back, but if this is what I have to look forward to then i may stop. Is this typical?

(Sorry to bother people on christmas, but I'm sure there are others out there that think a perfect christmas is spent on the computer But anyway, Merry Christmas! )

If the other peoplereally needed it that much more that they wanted it for themselves, not content with just helping to kill it, then they were most likely not good enough to take it by themselves anyway. Though there is the fact that whenever the Champion shows up everybody is yelling at everybody else not to kill it but are killing it themselves for the xp

yeah, i got the same thing from this one guy on my server. he was almost incapped so i came and killed the tusken and he STILL got mad.

I can run from the main entrance of ft tusken through the ft, into the bottom of the tusken tunnel entrance, training easily 20+ maybe even 30+ tuskens, gather them up, and solo them (I'm master fencer/master tkm). Ofcourse i do that buffed. Tusken fort for fencers with any skill is absurdly easy (thank heavens for AOE blind ) Most people frown on fencers taking all the kills and since i am also a master tka/fencer, i can run around with 4-5k ham post buffs and hitting 7k in health if things go wrong so im usually the "rescuer" of ft tusken. I will occaissionally cause trouble for the trouble-makers, ie:ks'ers, by taking their kills simply because they refuse to respect others. I can honestly say, there are more d*ckwads than not at fort tusken, and it seems to be every man for himself.

I dont remember there being a game news flash that said that you can only level at the tuskan fort.

so any person that gets upset that someone else is there and they see them useing skills that are master skills, and yelling at the person, is totaly in the wrong.

why should you have to explain why you go spot in the game? is the locations in this game soley for the levelers? i think not.

tell him to FO and add him to ignore list, is what id do, or maybe a better suggestion, be nice and treat him better then he treated you.

don't worry about them. it is like a commando killing a krayt dragon...come on. besides xp, you can tell them you are looking for loot, an exceptional gaffi baton.

I dont know... thankfully on Bria it hasnt been like this. Although you may not get invited to a group, 98% of the time people work together and just slaughter tuskens. There is usualy a mix of Novice specialised proffesions, and masters. Masters are there either for fun or xp, or some other reason, but the killing power they bring is usually greatly appreciated by the novices there, and it helps them get xp quicker, since hte Master usualy dont kill everything, they just help peck away at things.

I've seen it happen quite often at Ft. Tusken, I'm slowly climbing the fencing tree and I go there to get some quick solo xp, but I usually have to stay topside or a little bit into the caves in order not to get killed.Often you'll see entire mud-throwing fests up there.

However, it's being farmed for xp too, the fort that is. Couple weeks ago there was a TKM trailing about 6 newbs in tow, TKM just knocks down an entire room and the newbs start thwacking at it. It can get annoying if you're trying to kill off something and it's knocked down, and you get told to back off.

I can see why tempers run high.

I am a Master Fencer and I go there quite frequently to level in Smuggler.

I've never had this problem..but then again I rarely use Fencing skills when i'm there....but when the Tuskens start getting a little to rowdy you best believe that the butter knife comes out.

yep happened to me at tusken trying to work on fencer and had to use my pistol once in a while. forgot to take my master gunfighter title off. i'll never do that again...
