is a 96 to 224 dmg, 1.6 attack speed good for a curved sword?
i got it double sliced because of a rollback.

Not sure if you can still do it (I believe it's been fixed) but you could have multiple smugglers slice the same item at the same time, have one start slicing cut the first wire, drop the item on the floor of a house, have another do the same thing, until you go through as many smugglers as you have, then have the first pick it up and slice the second wire repeating with the rest. Saw a 400-900dmg pistol and a full suit of 90%/less than 100encum composite done using this exploit. I can't bring myself to get my gaffi sliced 5 times though, it would be wrong, and just 25% average slices would boost a decent 220dmg gaffi to 670dmg...I really wish I didn't have a conscience.

A word of caution: The Devs DO know about the multiple-slice exploit, and are tracking it since it is a blatent cheat.
I really wouldn't recommend getting caught with one.

I had 7 rancor tooth swords double sliced because of a rollback. Best curved came out at [email protected].
The funny thing was that I got them sliced... most were bad speed slices. Was rolled back, saw the slices were gone and had them sliced again. This time some bad damage slices. Logged out for a couple of days and when I came back, I now had to try and figure out what happened. Apparently even though it didn't show, the server kept track of the first slice from the rollback and reapplied it when the server reset.
In either case, bugs caused by the server tanking that are not intentional should not be condsidered an exploit by the player.

I'm not referring to rollback accidents. I'm referring to those intentially performing multiple slices (as many as 7 consecutive slices) on weapons and armor using the exploit.

Yes I know that. However what are the devs thoughts on something like that? Are they
1) Aware that double slices can happen from server rollbacks?
and
2) Do they lump it into the same group as the intential septuplet slicing?
I agree that intentionally doing it is exploiting, I would just hate to see someone have it happen from a rollback and get in trouble for it.
