How do those skill tapes work? What exact is 1h evasion and what system message do you get for evasion?


I know the cap for SEA's 25. So the most extra dodge you can get is 25, so can we view these types of SEAs as "extra dodge" since they dont count towards the 25 dodge SEA modifer but rather a whole new modifer?


One last question. Do BE clothing stack with SEA mods or do they both count towards the 25pt cap?
