Some good food buffs for mind, that don't have thedown cycle of spices. Now that cities are growing, the more popular vendor malls always have a good master chef vendor
Fishak-- usually around +500 or more to mind. This fills a bit more than half of your drink bar, so you can only drink one at a time.
Bivoli Timpari-- around +275 to 300 mind. It's a food, so you can stack it with Fishak. Fills more than half of the food bar, so only one at a time.
Ryshcate-- approx. +400 to strength, quickness, and focus, so you will use less mind and less action and health, so less need to heal based on your own specials. This is a food, but it fills you up less, so you can actually eat two to double the effect.
Breath of Heaven-- Can't recall off hand the stats, but it raises the same stats as Ryshcate, and it's a drink, so it stacks with foods.
Tatooine Sunburn-- around +1700 or more the strength and quickness, lowers focus slightly. A drink. I would say it's not great for sparing mind usage, but it stacks well with the mind foods in that you don't have to heal as often, and can save using stim packs for whenyou take a big hit. Nothing you can't get from doctor buffs already-- but food stacks with doctor buffs.
I'm sure there's more out there. The part I mentioned about how full your stomach gets-- if you use these, you can figure out which way of stacking works best for you. If you time it right-- you can actually eat/drink again as soon as you have enough room in the food/drink bars, so you will have a period with double the buffs. You can also pop one of the mind buffs in a fight as a way to heal yourself if you aren't too full.
They stack with spice and doctor buffs, and I'm pretty sure also with dancer or tka buffs. I really only use spice on special occassions now.

Glazed Glucose Plate is godly ![]()
I think it's like +350 to mind and focus (havent played in a month
so kinda rusty) and you can take two. People frequently call it double shot glucose (atleast i do
) That's plus 700 to mind and focus
. Very Very nice. However, it is rare to find on vendors because it requires domesticated meat. Try to make a special order at your local food vendor.
