Fencer Archive

It seems like it's really hard to find high-quality melee weapons, at least on Bloodfin. I've nearly mastered Weaponsmith, and I'm considering working exclusively on top-end melee weapons. Just curious if any of my fellow fencer brethren feel that there's a market for something like this. Not sure if everyone else has had as hard a time finding good, solid weapons as me.

Yeah, Bloodfin definately has a shortage of Weaponsmiths who cater to melee types.

Once you get set up, gimme a tell, ill buy your fencer weapons.

I've found a couple places that have some weapons but not a good all-purpose fencer shop. Facemeat's has some decent stun batons but nothing else. Curved swords can be found infrequently, and I can't find any place that stocks gaffi sticks.

Most decent melee weapons ive found on vendors are already sliced and price between 20K-40K.

Heh... as a Weaponsmith and on my second account, a Fencer... I've started making alot more melee weapons and my highest price is 10k for a PH.

Drop me a note in game, I can experiment to 100% curved swords Don't have full stats, but max is 170 or 172. I'll make you a crate of them

I heard Ploovo on Tatooine concentrates on Melee weapons and sells by the crate.

everyone wants gun. every server sould have a master weapon smith that just does melee weapons prime and ranged for special
that is the only way i can get melee weapons on my server, that are of any quality,special order!!!!

same situation on wanderhome or they only make vk's one good weaponsmith for melee but hes not stocked much.

You're right in that everyone wants guns... I keep at least a few of each melee weapon on my vendors at all times yet the only thing I sell a decent number of is VK's. With 1000 SR Steel and 1000 SR Polymer in great abundance on Bloodfin, all melee guys should have max damage weapons.

I'll have to drop by and check out XTC...If they ever get vendors working. Care to sell some via secure trade?
