Please, Can anyone let me know how to use it?

Good question. I made a bone armor segment and it has skill enhancement to add to carbine skill. I haven't put it in armor yet, as I don't use a carbine. I would guess that it just adds x% to a skill when it's used.

There are 2 types of skill enhancing attachments. One type fits into clothing. This type looks like a roll of fabric or tape. The second type looks like an armor segment, and fits into armor. You will find clothing/armor that have sockets (1-4 i believe). The names of these items will be in yellow, and when you examine them, the description will list the number of sockets. Drag a clothing Skill Enhancing Attachment onto a socketed piece of clothing and viola! The same with armor.

Now for the caveats. 1. you cant take an attachment out of clothing once its in. So you might want to have a separate set of clothing for different purposes. Crafting clothes, combat clothes, etc.

2. I've seen packs with sockets in them, but I have no idea how to put an attachment into them, as when you drag the attachment onto the pack, it puts it IN the container, not in a socket. Any help here?
