Disarm would be a nice addition to our special moves

Yeah why not? Afterall we're the "pistoleers of melee" and they get a disarm move. Of course it doesn't actually disarm. But what the hell. I'd love to damage my opponent's weapon and really piss him off! Those wacky Devs, making a disarm move that doesn't disarm. Too funny!


By the way, does anyone other than me think it's kind of insulting to be defined in terms of a ranged class?

HaHa as a pistoleer i wish we had a disarm shot too. Ours does nothing. It doesnt even damage the opponets weapon like its supposed to. Hopefully one day it will do something then ask again who knows it might be cool.

I just hit master pistoleer, and haven't seen any effect from using disarm2. I thought I saw an NPC humanoid shake his head or something when I spammed disarm2, but not sure if that was due to the shot.


I never used disarm 1... perhaps that works?


I once saw a master gunfighter shoot an NPC with a long vibroaxe, and i saw the vibroaxe disappear right afterwards, but I'm not sure if he was disarmed by the shotor if he merely put away his axe and pulled out a pistol at that same time (since the player was running away).


Anyone gotten disarmshot 1 or 2 to work? What is its effect? Can I have some money?

nope doesn't work, nether does Disarm 1, its all messed up like all the othere perfesions nothing works.... I guess there probably to buissy writing the Space expansion to deal with the game now.

Disarming shot is clever in that it will slowly disarm YOU by reducing the condition of your weapon without doing anything to your opponent.

yeah but when 2 pistoleer doc's hit you gun with it at the same time your rep blaster goes down the drain pretty quick.

disarm 1 is good for taking out lairs...does about 1.5k dmg to it

Yeah, but once you have stopping/fan shot, you do much more.
