hey just 2 quick questions, i have been doign my own tests but never seem to get a strait answer from the forum jocks.
1. If i put a min dmg pup on my baton i get exactly 261/261 dmg.. so lets say non-puped the highest i have hit against a single person was say 175dmg.. would that mean that every hit i throw with this baton puped would be the exact same amount as the previous hit(s) approx 175dmg?
2. a PSG at 0 condition still work? i have been testing this vs numerous npcs/oppenents and results come ot varied every day

To both of your questions, I'm pretty sure the answer is no. PSGs are debatably still bugged in some ways, but I think its pretty safe to say anytime you see it as working when its at 0 condition, is a fluke that can be attributed to another piece of your armor, or a low damage roll by your opponent. Pertaining to your 261/261 max damage stun baton, I had a 167-167 stun baton a good while back, and for some reason I still noticed a variation in damage with /melee1hhit3s. I would guess that the damage modifiers on attacks also have a range.
