What would be considerd a "normal" good wep? (not talking uber)

More like a good grinding wep.


Some advice about what kinda speed and damage i should be looking for would be nice.

just a speed sliced gaffi for grinding till you're like on lvl 4 of the speed tree, then dmg sliced gaffi
