Thread: Small test *perhaps trivial* perhaps not
I wanted to have my own logs before i started to get stances and grips in the pistol tree.
Right now I am
Master Fencer
novice medic

0/0/4/0 pistol
I dueled our town mayor who is a Master Gunfighter, using a 300 max damage FWG5 at exactly 20 meters out.
We dueled and i stayed in combat stance. I told him to kill me, and i used Muon gold, fishank, and stim Bs to keep myself alive.
I also made sure CoB was up atleast 95% of the entire test. I am sure there are some errors somewhere, but. The point of me posting this is none really. I just wanted to share, perhaps somone had something to coment on.
After i finish the pistol tree im going to conduct this test again. I conducted this test unbuffed, other then useing spices and chef drinks to heal my mind when needed. I had no armor, i am a wookiee, and I currently have 115 dodge.
146 shots fired, stoping shot, and fan shot was used as the specials of choice.
43 Evades
47 hits
2 misses
54 dodges
3 things i noted from this:
1) even with range mitigation 2 when i got hit by the pistoleer it was around 350 with a special and around 68 w/o a special. that seems odd to me to some degree.
2) the evades caculated the aucutal hits, but said i totaly evaded taking the damage. It listed the damage,but I asume this is my range defense here.
3) When goeing through the logs and writting down each and every shot fired, I noticed something very odd.
The evades, the hits, and the dodges were all in a series. It wasn't completly random as i would exspect, but I would see 5 straight hits, then 7 straight dodges, then 4 straight evades, and so on and so forth.
Coincidense perhaps?

maybe, but it did strike me as being out of the ordinary.
or i guess... what i would asume to be.
