That would be a trick Q with an obvious no answer. Well, if you have to master fencer (for holo), get them anyway. but if its your own choice, then its your decision to go up that way, but you don't have to use it.

To be honest most things you will deal with can only take 1 or 2 hits if you use specail attack, so there is no real point in blinding them, though at low levels it can be a huge help when leveling up

I find it worth while to blind any opponent that takes more than 10 seconds to kill.

okay, trick question aside - i personally use it when i am levelling, and in PvP if i know the fight might take a little bit. in PvE if you are wearing good armor, you may not use blind and be fine since the HAM costs are high enough that you may outdamage yourself compaired to what's hitting you through your armor (if that makes sense)

if you aren't wearing armor, use it - no question - unless as previously stated, you can take it out fast anyway

aoe blind = god

Hell, before i saw the fencer spec attack modifiers, all i did was use aoe blind. Now i use a few aoe blinds then opt to aoe dizzy for the higher damage. Makes those dirty tuskens cry uncle faster than they die.

Is there an exact attack penalty from blind? If there is, what is it?
