Sounds like this is the case just for fencers, others have seen the same thing...

well bleeding only has a point now in PvE unless its a mind bleed then its great for PvP. Afterall, why not just attack the absolute weakest thing a char has and then db them from 45m away.
I still bleed PvE but dont bother wasting my time in PvP. Only thing it could do is if someone isn't buffed, but seeing how most people get buffed...../reiterate

If you're not Master Fencer and looking to max XP don't use bleeds as they take away XP from the kill. So if you use Health Hit 1 and 2 and then finish the mob you will be less the xp from the damage of the Bleed. Even if you use a Fencer Bleed you still won't get 1h melee XP credit for it. Those Hit Points will be "lost xp".
For Bleeds they really only serve a purpose IMO in PvE if you're not concerned about XP because you're either 1. a Master already in the given profession or 2. Not worried about the XP but just taking down the mob.

Is this still true for Publish Six? Do the bleeds still count as "missing HP" for xp purposes, or do they now award xp appropriately? The publish notes clearly state that bleeds are supposed to award xp:
"XP rewards in combat now correctly reflect amount of damage that was done by dots." Has anyone tested this?
