I was curious if there had been any changes to the Rantok after this publish. Has anyone completed the quests since Wednesday? Also, what is the best Rantok you have seen (or owned)?

Hello i finished jabbas themepark yesterday. They have some good things there now and some junk. The last mission for jabba is retrieving the Sword. I was gonna keep one and redo the mission over but i didnt put it in my pack when i went back to talk to him. Instead he gave me a schematic for something called a Feather Weight Fwg5. I was mad =( cuz i wanted this sword for display now i have to redo the whole quest or buy if i want it. 3 of the rewards including the last one are schematics the other 2 are tailor items (crafters apron & destruction belt???). Also i got6 vibro units, bigportrait of a twi'lek, chest plate forget whats kind, battleaxe with disease dot.... I think thats all that i got if your a crafter you would like the schematics but if not they are atleast good for cash..

Cool, i am going to do that tonight, i wish they gave the rantok schemtic, instead of the FWG5 but oh well.

I started Jabba's Theme Park last night. Since I was only One-Handed 3 at the time I died quite easily to the Tusken Leader. Luckily someone was able to kill it after I gave up and started hunting elsewhere. I got a message to return to the palace for the reward. I'll most likely finish up Jabba's palace again after I get Novice Fencer today or tomorrow.

I finished the Theme Park for the second time last night, and it is a lot more fun to do because of the nice loot. The Rantok is the same old as it was in Patch 5, 45-150 3.5 spd, IIRC, but they fixed the backpack exploit. You now have to have the Rantok in your inventory to trigger the quest. So no more keeping the Rantok and still completing the quests.

Ive never seen a rantok sword for sale, is this the only way to obtain them?

I did the Theme park for a second time and had a friend hold on to the sword while I re-did the mission, Now I have a cool wall orniment for my home.
