simple answer is fort tusken. Draw back is depending on your level in fencer, defense you have and healing abillity, you can get slaughtered. Good thing about fort tusken is that it's always camped by lots of people and you can join groups there that are all looking for the same thing you are...grinding xp. On my server there is always a surgeon or doctor there buffing so that helps a lot....although if you don't have high mind attributes, you'll die just as quickly as if you were unbuffed, so muon or any mind enhancing food works well.
At low levels of fencer, the xp isn't that great, but the respawn time is so fast that you literally have to wait outside and miss a whole bunch of spawns to other players just so you can heal up.
Now that is the fastest place for respawns that I have seen so far, but not the greatest xp.
The best thing you can do for xp as a fencer (especially at lower levels like novice) is to go to dantooine and do savage quenker missions, maybe just regulare quenker missions if your a novice. The payout is usually between 3k - 6k per mission, they are easy to kill, they give excellent xp (about 3k - 4k depending on the type of quenker and your level), you can kill two layers with one muon use (if you don't get entertainer buffs) with the right planning and timing.
The fort tusken option is probably the most fun, at least it was for me, just look at this pic I took one time (and yes I defeated all of them). NOte that the one with 5k damage over his head was hit by some commando I think, not me...I only wish for that kind of damage. I think I was about 1-3-0-2 fencer at the time I took this pic.....but talk about fun!!!!!!!!!

The second option ways is probably more boring but maximizes your time and makes you money too. The grind gets a little longer once you need to grind level 4 boxes at that point though, you can basically go anywhere you want and grind fast xp of at least 5k per kill. I'm a 3/4/3/4 fencer and I go to the blue leaf temple on yavin and kill klikniks outside and inside for 4.5 - 5k xp a pop. They go down pretty quick and I can take on 3 - 4 of them at a time. Of course I'm buffed and my specials don't cost more than 1 point of HAM and I wear some great composite armor (no helmet, gloves or pants though) Well the my gloves recently got a bad armor upgrade and basically got broken, I just haven't bought any more since then.....it's a shame too cause they were 70% resist to everything except stun ![]()
You could also do baz nitch missions on dath for 11k per mission and minimum 4k per kill, but I found that it's not worth grinding there if you are only looking to kill the baz nitches. Because gaping spiders seem to always be near the baz nitch lairs and they poison so they can be a hassle.....sometimes enraged rancors are around too. I only do dath mission for the cash....since I'm a master pistoleer, gaping spiders and rancors are not a problem for me, just a hassle.
all-in-all, the quenker missions are technically more productive. in the time it takes me to kill2 baz nitch mission, I can do 4 savage quenker missions for 6.9k payout and very good xp.
In comparison:
2 baz nitch missions, 11k each and 6 creatures per liar and about 4.5k xp each with the lair being a little over 5k....I end up with 22k in cash and about 64k xp, but takes minimum 5 minutes per lair (not including travel and detours cause ofother red cons)and can be longer when you have to fight off or run from rancors, gaping spiders, SMC's or Nightsister. Too many things con red to you on dath. Just last night I had to fight off 2 gaping spider lairs and run from a enraged rancor (because I didn't feel like fighting him), all just to get to my baz nitch mission.....too much in my opinion. Sure you get the xp from fighting everything, but getting poisoned, diseased and/or DB'd by a rancor, spider or NS/SMC is something I don't like to risk when I'm grinding.
Now on dantooine, I can do 2 missions in 7 minutes which is basically the time it takes for my Breath of Heaven to wear off and if I use muon, I'm usually headed back to the mission terminal with 3 and 1/2 minutes left on my timer before the muon wears off, then theres a 3 min and 20 second wait to recoup your mind pool. about 3k - 3.5k per creature (6 per lair) and 4.5k for the lair and 6.9k payout (6.9k is what I get). I end up with roughly 51k xp, 13.8k cash and since I can basically do 4 missions in the time it takes to do 2 on dath, I double it and end up with 102k xp, 27.6k cash in roughly 14 minutes give or take a couple of minutes if the mission terminal doesn't refresh with quenker missions right away. since I don't have to fight off any other creatures since bols and pikets con yellow....I can concentrate on just the quenkers. Sometimes voritors are close but they are easily dealt with and very rarely attack unless you get very close.....better to kill voritors though than gaping spiders or rancors. ![]()
all the above is rough estimates from my experiences and will most likely be a little different for anyone else. Since the weapon you use and the level of your fencer, defenses and stats are different than my character. I use primarily a nice stun baton and a gadraffi stick (ok, so I didn't spell it right...LOL). Neither weapon is uber either. I can't remember the stats off hand but they are about average to my knowledge.

I have been doing quakers on Dant, for some time now, its probably the best solo xp you going to get out there. I grab 2 missions from SYN city in the intrepid galaxy, and ride my swoop bike to get there quick. I take a breath of fresh air, and have muon on standby just incase i start getting ripped up. i usally finish both missions in about 15min, which gives about 34k xp and 20k creds. Good luck.
