Its a short sword. looks like a dagger. Its pretty small 1/2 the size of a ryyk blade.. 2x the size of a dagger

I was today asked to build a RANTOK sword for a wannabe fencer... and I was disturbed to find I could not make it (Despite it being in the brawler list)...

What is the deal with these... can normal weaponsmiths not make them?

No, the only place to get them is from Jabba themepark. I think you're supposed to deliver it to someone to complete a quest.
