Thread: Dead Skill? One-handed Weapon Evasion

I noticed something yesterday. I could not find any skill trees that give One-Handed Weapon Evasion as a skill. I have heard that you need at least one point in a skill to gain the benefits of an armor attachment. With that said, my One-Handed Weapon Evasion is +0/+14 due to armor attachments. Can anybody tell me if this is a dead skill, similar to Heavy Weapon Accuracy.

Yup, its considered a dead mod, same with One handed counterattack.
