Well, with TKA, there isn't much you are going to want fencer for - Fencer is awesome, but only if you commit to it.
If you are looking for short term fencer, then I would just go up the stances and grips line to get the stackable ranged and melee defense. Then i would just use the rest of your points to go up 3 boxes on either of the doc branches.
Now, if you were looking to MASTER fencer, and drop other skills here and there, I would say do footwork first. Why? Because while dealing damage might suck with a fencer weap, the speed, defenses and COB additions make mastering the rest of it a hell of a lot easier.
go 4-0-3-0. you'll get scatter hit 2 which is nice with an acklay bat and some decent defense mods with the other tree... can't remember what it's called atm ![]()

Ty for the replies, very helpful. What i want to accomplish is a combo of stun use and defense. Wondering if it will be worth the points or should i bee looking somewhere else.

drop most of tka. keep i think its 0003 (for stacked meelee/ranged defense)
get master fencer.
get doc 4440
get an acklay stun baton and own your server.

With the points that i am going to have available I am wondering which defenses are the most effective. ranged and melee defenses? specifc stat defenses? Or dodge?
I will have a total of 27 points available to use after Novice fencer. So...Do i go for highest percentage of Dodge? Highest percentage of melee/ranged defenses?
Or specific stat defenses? Once again any and all help is extremelt appreciated.
