Just wondering what our skill caps are. Like accuracy and speed....are they +125? Thanks for any input

not sure what the accuracy cap is but i wouldnt bother doing anything to improve speed, i think that at master you can weild a 4.5 speed weapon at the same speed as a 1.8 speed stun baton. The cap is one hit per second i think.

Didn't know that. So are there any skill attachments useful to us?
