Has anyoneever figured out what dmg, speed, and SAC caps at for a crafted stun bat?

I'm trying to find this out on the WS boards but they're arn't replying 
current one is
412-820
1.84
SAC 84
it's a pre Curb baton, I've been told that to craft one this good would be very difficult

is that baton sliced?

pre curb and sliced before curb, so yes it can't be made any better

i ahve a 322 base dps stun batton with 95 sac post cu sliced can be puped to 75 sac
that my weapon oh and its adked

Mine's 411 - 865 pre curb of course. Speed is 1.91. SAC 84.
58 Element Damage.Unmodified dps is 363.56
Were there weapons that converted higher than can be crafted now?
