- Are One-handed Evasion +attachments working?
- Can you stack AA's of the same stat? For example if I throw a 1H Accuracy +7 AAand a 1H Accuracy +8 AA on the same belt, will they stack to +15, or will the 8 void the 7?

Nope +dodge works though

Nope, if you place an attachment of higher value of one thats already in an item of clothing/armor, it will replace it, and use up another socket

What about a tape that has:
One Handed Accuracy +8
Cover +8
Which one sticks?

The one listed first would stick. Personally, if I had that tape, I'd just throw it away

Okay I've accumulated +41 Accuracy..
Question: Is there a cap? Like BE enhancements cap at +25, do Skill Enhancements cap at that as well?
Also:
If an armor piece that has enhancements reaches 0/X, do the skill enhancements still work? Or are they broke, too.

I'm told that the cap is indeed +25 for any sort of Skill Enhancing Clothing

its capped at +25, read the sticky, i'm pretty sure its in there,,, it goes the same for all attachments capps, there effect is capped at +25 if not capped by a hard mod of 125 if it something like melee defence, counterattack etc

Yup, Bioclothing/SEA/AA's can not stack any skill above a bonus of 25 with any effect. Further on skills that have a soft cap SEA's/BE mods/AAs do not have any effect beyond the cap.
This applies to all manner of Defense Vs, and Defense skills such as Dodge/Block/Counter/DA/MeleeDef/RangedDef/ Def vs all.
