well ackley weapons usually arent affordable, but u can go kill the ackley ur self (depending on ur temp) it is down in the bottom of the Geo Caves on yavin 4 it spawns every 2 hrs, but besides that u would want to check ur servers trade forums or just ask around really, it differs server to server and even then weaponsmith to weaponsmith
::EDIT:: if u happen to play on Scylla there is this one weaponsmith that happens to hand out free acklay stuff her name is Xelenor, just shoot her a tell when ever

If you can't afford the Aklay weapons, try to trade it to you. Most weaponsmiths and other ppl selling these items needs other things than money... Maybe some resources, some loot or some "something" ...
It is real annoying, I agree, but I must agree on one of the above posters.... camp til GeoLab and loot the last creature as much as you can until you get yourself a decent set of Aklay bones... I have tried without luck som that part isn't easy either...
...or just wait for the uber-sword in the revamp....(yeah right!)
