well, i tested it on the guy i bought it from and it stuck on the 3rd try. if your speed cappped, first try or 3rd try isnt much of a diffrence

. what do you think it is worth?

i have a gaffi stick with health poison @249 str. 180s dur. 100% pot. 2k+ uses....this sticks everytime and with bodyhit3 it gets the job done

Scatter hit applies the poison three times at once but only takes one use from the listed uses, thereby giving a 3x chance that it will be applied with the attack.
