I'm trying to decide what combat professionI should get to go with combat medic. I'm leaning toward fencer, but I was wondering if someone could tell me what the positives and negatives of fencing are and why I should become one. Thanks.

The biggest negative to fencer with combat medic is that you will not be able to master both.

"Why should I be a fencer?"

Because, chicks dig wounds and you like to cut things. We know you do.

Because we look god **edit** cool! Find yerself 2 mid-level fencers and have them duel infront of you, the blades move faster than your graphics card can handle, with endless 'ting ting' metallic noises ;D

We do alot of damage fast, it's an excellent arena for roleplay, the honourable blademaster etc, we are very rare, so you'd have some originality, and we've got the most constructive intelligent and helpful community on the SWG forums

I'm a fencer because I have a subconscious hope that one day our defensive mods will be so wicked cool that I'll be my own pet, if you know what I mean. Also because I like auto-running at a mutant rancor, hitting my body hit 3 key as I run past him as my/my friends' pets tank it. I sometimes pretend that the space expansion is here and I'm flying attack runs as I do that, you know what I mean?

mi a fecner becuase i cnat ... ummm orrssssgggggg

There is only 1 reason 2 be a fencer or any profession, That reason would be enjoying playing that profession. we got quite a few nice things going for us, being able 2 target health with 2 bleeds and having a strong health hit and being able 2 use a stun dmg weapon. Which can bypass nearly all player armour and alot of high end mobs hav v high kinetic resists but stun vunrability which is extremely handy.

You get a cool title like "Blademaster," and even though you're called a "fencer," all of your moves look like some Japanese Bushido-junk.

In order of priority.

That justabout sums it up.. we do need some work, but should be getting it soon enough. Just don't try to fight TKA's. Even LC using bounty hunters succumb to my 1/0/0/0 fencing abilities.

*Stares at guddy's post, and thinks to himself 'Perhaps he isn't quite so stupid... if only he could make more sense just by putting some shred of effort into his typing'*

Fencer is gangster

The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.
