How do you handle pets when they're set on you as a fencer? Kill them or take out the CH first?

What strategies do you use?

Kill the CH. At least then he(or she)won't have the satisfcation of dancing about your corpse wearing your entrails as a garland wreath (If done tastefully it's actually quite attractive).

Chase the creature handler down with your blinding fast speed and agility while looking cool and having style.

The method I personally use is this one. Before the fight/duel starts I'll examine the pet if I dont get chance to do this I genrally know if a creature has stun or kinetic resists so anyway what I'll do is hit the creature with health hittwo then use burst run to catch up to the pet owner and get away from the pet. Then i try to lunge the pet owner as I might not have time to dizzy/lunge and hit him with bleed and body hitthree which usally kills them. Then Igo after the pet who should by know hav lost up 2 3000 ham from bleed and I will initmidate him and spam body hit three. This usally works for me somtimes with ranged attacking creatures it don't but if a guy says to me lets duel Ill use my pet i just bring out one of my mereks on him(YES I NO IM A CH/FENCER IM ASAHAMED:'()

ok....here it is and this is top secret so ......

if you DB the pet owner and attack the pet after you DBed him....he will now still be able to revengeTEF you............i do it all the time. so be warned. here is the way around it, incap the pet owner but DO NOT DB him...then take out the pet.....after that you are in the clear
