Since missions now scale yo your lvl on advanced planets I was wondering if there were any good mobs to hunt on them?

Anyone found any good ones?

I like baz nitches on dath, and huurtons on dantooine. It really depends on your level though.

You could try some of the lower level ones. Honestly I would recommend getting up in footwork before tackling some of the harder ones though. Just see what you can do =)

yeah 2 stars? for what? i gave you five just to bring it up to four. beats me why anyone would do that. maybe it was an accident. i click stuff all the time i don't mean to. i'm sure someday i'll give the greatest post ever one star without meaning to.

oh well, all fixed now, right?

last time i was on dath i could solo a few huurtons before getting incapped... but at that time i was only a 1/0/0/0 fencer now im 1/1/0/1 so with onehanded blind and health hit... im sure i could take them a little easier....

i can take baz nitches(sp?) on dath alone but only a few without being incapped

Makestro, i don't know you very well, so i don't know your style, so this might be a bad idea.

if you're just looking to make cash, maybe a high damage weapon and some armor will help you last through those baz nitches? and if you train a couple boxes into CH (taming and training) you can get a sludge panther, or grand wrix and that'll help.

i'm sure you may have already tried all this, but thought i'd suggest it, since both methods have proven effective for me in certain situations. i just put on some armor, use no specials with my gaffi, and only have to use a stim every now and then.

here's a tip for everyone: hit peace, then use your stim, then hit the attack button. this will eliminate the delay in using stims. before anyone calls me an exploiter, it still delays the attack afterwards. i can't insta-heal and go immediately back to attacking. and while i'm peaced i'm still getting attacked.

also, group hunting is very very lucrative xp wise in big groups a little bit farther into fencer. make some good friends who can support a meleer the right way. i've developed a good strategy and we hunt on dathomir for about 3 hours with no incaps if it's done right.

yup, then bind that to the Q key or some such button. then you can cut it pretty close on the low health or action. one must still be careful since there may still be a small delay depending on the special you've just used, your inherent speed and the weapon's speed.

also, if you're a medic, you can bind this macro:

/peace;
/ui action targetGroupMember1 (this is a total guess i don't know if it's correct!)
/healdamage;
/attack;

bind group member 2 to the 2 key, 3 to the 3 key, etc. if you're a combat medic, then use your command for distance healing whatever that is. they way, you can continue fighting, hit 4 to nearly instantly heal one of your group members. they'll marvel at your speed and ask you how you react so quickly. then you can grin and make the ubiquitous mysterious comment and chuckle to yourself.

this has been David Copperfield's guide to Combat Medic. and no, not the waif.

I'd say go after Kamurith Defilers on Dathomir. They do a lot of damage, but with a tank you should probably be able to kill them. If you can't kill them you can always try later after you are higher level. They give around 4.5k xp and they have no armor and no resistances. Plus they pay around 20k per lair.

I don't think I'm ready for Defilers. I'm 0/2/0/1 with only a krevol to tank right now. But i'm thinking of going CH.

You can also make a macro: /peace;/healdamage self;/attack;

This will work well.
