I looked through the various FAQ's and found some great information about Center of Being, but I'm still confused about one key point.
Apparently, Center of Being Efficacy determines the degree to which your dodge skill is increased. However, what I'm wondering is exactly how that's related.
For example, at 0/2/0/0 Fencer, one would have +80 to One Handed Center of Being Efficacy. Is that a flat +80 to dodge for the duration of CoB or is that an 80% increase to your dodge skill over that same time frame? If it's the latter, then CoB would actually become more potent the further up the technique line you went whereas it wouldn't matter how far along that line you were if it was a flat bonus.
Perhaps the bonus is related in some other way - I'm really not sure. If someone knows how this bonus is applied, I'd appreciate a little info.
Thanks.

Pretty sure its a flat +80 to dodge.
Anyone else know for sure? My assumption was that it was a flat bonus, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the reply, Scott_Ray.
