You can always take comfort in knowing that you could kick said Swordsmans ass in a duel hehe

I saw a guy in full comp armor and he was using a lightsaber yesterday. Does that mean fencers should get a similar weapon,No. although i do get your point and i am not flaming you im just saying that another profession getting something isnt a reason for us to get something what we need is a balanced game not new weapons.

I am just saying that the Devs need to share the love, that is all

I know and they do need to share the love but all i have to say is that im sure if i asked anyone including you what would u rather have a new weapon today or the game balanced tomorrow im sure everyone would want the game to be balanced rather than have a new weapon.

I would like to know- how do all the other fencers out there feel about this issue? Fencer has never gotten a new weapon and the only looted or moderatly hard to obtain weaponsare either a Stone Knife (LOL) or a Ragnork Sword (needless to say these both suck). I think that instead of the Black Sun Executioner's Hack we should have gotten a weapon. Swordsman have enough flashy stuff to keep them buisy while i am beating people up with a stick i looted off a tusken. I mean, even Pikeman got a new weapon- the Night Sister Energy Lance.

Just a thought...

I think you will find he was asking for NEW weapons not BETTER ones. How about a Sword that could match the Gaderiffi for damage? I bet every Fencer would want one...It's no better, it could even be slightly worse in damage but with better accuracy mods or lower HAM costs...Or how about a new AP1 weapon...Could have the same stats as Vibro Blade for all it mattered but it looks like a Sword instead of a tool for removing stones from the hooves of horses. Would that be good? Makes no real change to the profession but all of a sudden there is something in thenew contentfor us rather than another Badge and wrecked set of Composite.

I don't see any plea for AP2 weapons or lightsabres...You people need to start reading these posts and not just assume each an everyone is some one whining their profession is not as good as another in something.

I would really like to see a sword that did the same damage speed of the gadriffi baton as a fencer i thought that would be swords. i know i would go out and buy one. i really am ready for a new look not a beter weapon just different. by the way what does everyone consider the best fencer weapon to be i know the stun baton is great for pvp but how about just all around weapon for doing the missions i have stuck with the gadriffi baton because the damage is at 298.... just looking for some input here ty.

i'd just say stick with patience. I know its not much of anything to say that but really when you think about it we haven't had much word from developers on this other than it should be easily doable to make the gaffi into a sword or some such things. I would just wait for our time to get some loving. There is alot going on with the dev's right now and any change to the game does take time, though i too am dissapointed. *shrug*

how about a Sword With slightly less max dmg than a gaderiffi but higher min say around 110-200 and AP1 i thinkg that would be one bad ass weapon it could even have kinetic dmg for all i care.
