hi
im interessted in buying this from an auction:
Wound Treatment Speed: 4
Onehanded Melee Damage: 12
Rifle Speed: 5
Onehanded Melee Damage: 12
Rifle Speed: 5
Can someone then tell me if this is worth the millions im willing to pay, is the onehanded damage is the one that sticks and what you think of it?

Think one-handed damage is a broken skill Mod. Sorry.
There is a thread showing this, let me find it and post again but for the moment hold off.

Here's the thread. In the original post it suggests that it doesn't work, there is no skill in game called One Handed Melee Damage so by that there would be nothing for it to add to.
Easiest way to tell, imo, see if there is a Bidding frenzy on it and if someone like Volta does a buyout on it then you know it works 
Personally I don't think it does, it would be the most desirable of all SEA's for a Fencer if it did since we lack damage the most.
