Thread: Fencer speed caps??

Hi,i was wondering if a fencer is at master and lest say has a 3 speed stun baton,how much more one handed speed would they need to get to cap it?

A master fencer has +90 speed, and will cap all specials with a 4.0 or faster weapon.

+90 speed caps specials at 4.0 or better and default attack at 10.0 (!) or better.
