Is fencer+rifleman a good setup?

Yes.

Defenses alone.... wouuuhhhhhh.....

Nothing can take it down, except for CM + Rifleman I think!

You can have such an agressive and bold approach with a rifle...

And when you need to go defensive, it's just your fencer skills with dodge that will do the trick!

I think if you add Master brawler to your template, your really gonna be dangerous

The extra CoB, lunge2, intermediate2(underrated.. good skill), beserk2 and the extra def to melee and one handed mods!

Yes, very good. And, as stated above getting master brawler/novice medic orTKA 4301/novice medit to compliment it will make it even better.
