Hello everyone. I play as Malfoy on the lowca server and i've had this question for quite some time.


What speed do i actually attack at with my speed modifiers?


Example i have a 4.0 speed stun baton. and a +40 speed modifier... what speed do i really attack at? and what do i multiply by per +5 speed to actually see what speeds is best for me?
